The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the results of the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) or popularly known as the Teacher’s Board Exam. It was conducted on September 30, 2019 at various PRC testing centers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Catarman, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Laoag, Legazpi, Rosales, Tacloban, Pagadian, Zamboanga, Lucena and Tuguegarao. The examination for elementary and secondary levels was given by the Professional Regulatory Board of Professional Teachers headed by its Chairman, Dr. Rosita L. Navarro and its members, Vice Chairman; Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy.

LET Results and List of Passers
The PRC has yet to release the official list of passers of the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). According to the PRC Resolution No. 2019-1068 Series of 2019, the expected release of results is on December 4, 2019 but of course, the result may come out sooner or later than the target date. Please stay tuned for more updates.

Online Initial Registration Application and Requirements
Did you pass the LET? The next step is to undergo initial registration before taking your oath as a Professional Teacher. To accomplish the initial registration, follow our PRC online registration guide to help you through the online application process.
Here are the registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
- Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
- Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
PRC added that successful examinees shall personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
On March 2019 LET, a total of 13,774 out of 58,323 examinees of elementary level and 22,936 out of 76,673 examinees of secondary level passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers. John Michael Tagayon and Mary Angeline Lagasca Cabal from the University of the Philippines-Diliman got the top spots in Elementary level garnering 88.80% and 88.60% ratings, respectively. Likewise, Kier Araula Baugbog from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela clinched the top spot in the secondary level exams with a rating of 92.40%. He was followed by Arvin Sune Marasigan from University of the Philippines (UP) Manila having 92.20% exam rating.
